This UTAU was provided by Spaztron64. Based on the multi-media anime and gaming project known as Serial Experiments Lain. This is a "jinriki" voicebank, which is a voicebank made from external samples. This is usually video game characters, anime characters, celebrities, and etc. This bank is based off of Serial Experiments Lain's main character, Lain Iwakura. This is a CV voicebank, created using the voice files in her Playstation 1 game. The voicebank is Kana encoded by default, Western users may need to manually encode Romanji.
The voicebank installs as a usual UTAU voicebank. On windows, the average installation starts with having two windows open in the files app. One containing the UTAU program files [the folder inside labeled "voice"], and the other window having the unzipped file. You can drag and drop the folder you want to the UTAU voice folder. Luckily this bank doesn't have any sub-folders, so literally just drag the entire thing into UTAU.
The terms of usage are not specified, in general jinriki voicebanks are considered to be against UTAU's terms of service. Using this bank for monetary purposes isn't reccomended, as it may result in legal action being taken. Especially since Lain's voice actor didn't give explicit permission for this voicebank to be created. Though as long as you don't use this voicebank for anything defamating or monetary, you should be fine.
